• IV contrast consent if indicated.
  • if IV contrast indicated, see criteria for patients needing Cr measurement. If no Cr measurement indicated, please write "No Cr per HUMC policy" in the comments section of the CT order
  • if IV contrast indicated and pt needs Cr measurement, do not place Orchid order for CT until Cr resulted
• Order CT from "Place Orders" page in Orchid
• Oral Contrast if indicated
  • Orchid order "Omnipaque 300 10mL Q1hr x 3"
