Treatment
- Artificial tears
- Cold compresses
- Consider topical antibiotics (e.g. erythromycin ophtho) if unable to differentiate from bacterial conjunctivitis
- Strict hand/general hygiene
- Follow up with ophtho if worsening or no improvement in 7 days
