  • Neck X-ray to rule out fracture or dislocation

Differential Diagnosis

  • Anterior horn disease
  • C1 and C2 fractures
  • Radiculopathy

Treatment

  • Benztropine
  • Muscle relaxants
  • Botulinum toxin
  • Physical Therapy
