  • All patients can call the Substance Abuse Service Hotline 24/7 for more help (844) 804-7500
  • Medications:
    • Naltrexone oral/injectable with buproprion in combination OR
    • Mirtazipine
  • Have discussion of fentanyl contamination and risk of overdose
  • Give Narcan rx
