Ottawa knee rules

X-ray is required only in pts who have acute injury w/ one or more of the following:

  1. Age >55
  2. TTP fibula head
  3. TTP patella
  4. Inability flex >90 deg
  5. Inability to walk 4 steps immediately and in the ED
