   3. Subglottic stenosis (previous intubation)
   4. Airway hemangioma (usually regresses by age 5)
   5. Vascular ring/sling

   1. Croup
   2. Epiglottitis
   3. Bacterial tracheitis
   4. Foreign body (sudden onset, asymmetric)
   5. Retropharyngeal abscess (muffled voice, fever)
