  • Also known as "Tennis leg"

Clinical Presentation

  • Audible pop
  • Calf pain
  • Bruising
  • Swollen muscle

DDX

Treatment

  • RICE
  • NSAIDS
  • Ankle/foot bracing in a position of maximal tolerable dorsiflexion
