History

3 year community program in Aventura, FL. "We are very focused on modern education. We incorporate a great deal of simulation, small groups and now participate in EM Foundations. We believe the residents are here to learn, and not for service. We have a focus on wellness, resilience, advocacy and professionalism. Our goal is to train the modern learner for modern Emergency Medicine. We have a very diverse patient population which adds to our great learning environment. We encourage participation in organized medicine and mentor our residents to become future leaders."
