Old Process

1. Call Ultrasound (x2831) and ask to speek to resident
   1. Request your study
2. Fill out blue ultrasound form
   1. Leave form with in the nursing chart
3. NO Wellsoft order needed

Upcoming New Process

• Afinity login
  • "PC Patient Log"
  • Add your patient to your list
    • Use MRUN and sear function to right
  • Click on "7 Chart List" below
  • "Record"
  • Go to Ultrasound
  • Fill out ALL checkboxes
  • Print to "UTZ"
