  • All skull fracture require Head CT

Maxillofacial Trauma

Management

  • ABX indicated for:
    • Open fracture
    • Depressed fracture
    • Involves sinus
    • Leads to pneumocephalus
  • Ceftriaxone 2gm IV + metronidazole 500mg +/- vancomycin 1gm IV
