Maxillofacial Trauma
- Ears
- Nose
- Oral
- Other face
- Zygomatic arch fracture
- Zygomaticomaxillary (tripod) fracture
- Related
Management
- ABX indicated for:
- Open fracture
- Depressed fracture
- Involves sinus
- Leads to pneumocephalus
- Ceftriaxone 2gm IV + metronidazole 500mg +/- vancomycin 1gm IV
