Adverse Reactions
- QT prolongation
- Myocarditis
- Agranulocytosis in 1%–2% of patients during initial treatment 3 months
- Highest ~3 months into treatment and then decreases
- Other potential side effects:
- Dyslipidemia
- Diabetes
- Decreased seizure threshold
