Administration

Adult Dosing
- Rhinitis: 7.5-12.5mg PO q4-6h
- Insomnia: 25-50mg PO
- Nausea in pregnancy/hyperemesis gravidarum: 12.5mg q6-8hrs (often used in combination with pyridoxine)
Pediatric Dosing
Not recommended for children <12 yo due to tendency to paradoxical reactions
- 2-6yo: 1.9 to 3.125 mg q4-6h
- 6-12 yo: 3.75 to 6.25 mg q4-6h
