Signs/Symptoms

  • Localized pain/swelling
  • Inability to bear weight

Conservative versus operative management

  • ≥10 degrees of rotation in any plane
  • Angulation ≥10 degrees
  • ≥5 mm of displacement

Initial Management

  • RICE
  • Long leg posterior splint
  • NWB
