We should probably only be bolding text if it is within a link. Otherwise if it needs to be bold as a title it should probably be a subtitle so it is added to the table of contents | ||

I think if we make some of the treatment sections "====subtitles ====" we will make the table of contents a little more useful with links to drugs and treatments and they will be hotlinked in the app to jump to that section.
