  4. Aggressively Tx hyperglycemia
    1. no IVFs with glucose
    2. RISS
  5. Aggressive Seizure Tx
    1. prophylaxis unproven
  6. Minimize Irritation
    1. sedatives +/- paralytics
    2. supine flat
