Doses
Initial recommendations:
- Tachycardia with pulse
- Narrow regular: 50-100 J
- Narrow irregular
- Biphasic: 120-200 J
- Monophasic: 200 J
- Wide regular: 100 J
- Wide irregular: defibrilate (NOT synchronized)
