Hi, I'm an an Australian and English doctor. My area of expertise is palliative medicine, which I gather is a little different from hospice care in the U.S. In my context, palliative medicine refers to the medical care of patients who have a progressive illness that can't be cured and is likely to result in their death in the next few months or year, so I'll try an add a few topics connected to that on WikEM.
