Background
Be careful not to apply pressure to eye
Diagnosis
- Tear-shaped pupil
- Extrusion of intraocular content
Treatment
- Eye covering
- Elevate head of bed
- Prevent nausea/vomiting
- Prophy abx
- Ceftaz 1gm + Vanco 1 gm
- PCN allergy: Cipro + vanc
- Surgical emergency
