NERF steps in Cerner of DHS without empaneled PCP:
- Primary Care Information tab in Cerner
- -> New Empanelment
- -> click any applicable special populations
- -> Harbor-UCLA MC as requesting facility
- -> enter any additional pertinent comments (helps Patient Access Center to prioritize)
- -> click box to get email notification once empanelment occurs
- -> Send NERF request
