- Ceftriaxone 2gm IV + metronidazole 500mg +/- vancomycin 1gm IV
Disposition
Likely safe discharge if[1]:
- Neurologically normal
- Isolated linear skull fracture
- No concern for child abuse
- Isolated linear skull fracture
