Clinical Features

C-spine injuries may present with

  • Rarely neurogenic shock (bradycardia, hypotension)
  • Posterior neck pain
  • Pain on palpation of spinous processes
  • Limited neck ROM with pain
  • Weakness, numbness, or paresthesias
