Osmosis was created by Shiv Galgani and Ryan Haynes, two medical students from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. They have been funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to create a large bank of medical education questions under an open (Creative Commons) license. You can discover more about this grant [http://www.rwjf.org/en/culture-of-health/2014/05/another_step_toward.html here]. These questions and other medical education content will be found under non-profit Osmosis ~~Open Education~~, a resource that will be live November 2015.
