**HIV infection
**Prior seizure
**Prior head trauma
**CNS tumor
**Severe hepatic cirrhosis
**Excess alcohol use or abrupt withdrawal from alcohol or benzos
**Concomitant use of meds that lower seizure threshold
**Weight <50kg
