	KRMC is the only rural hospital in Arizona with an Emergency Medicine Residency Program. Here, future emergency physicians gain vital experience in a unique practice environment. This program offers high-volume, high-acuity training in an unopposed residency setting, allowing residents to build skills in a range of emergency medicine-based procedures and clinical decision making. 	During their three years in our residency, in addtion to top-tier foundational rotations, our residents have the opportunity to choose electives in a wide range of specialties such as international medicine, wildnerness medicine, medical spanish among many more.
